Our house is located in a quiet residential area near the idyllic Stör, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. Lake Schwerin is just 5 km away, while the Baltic Sea is just 30 km away. Plate, with its extensive infrastructure from cozy cafés and exquisite restaurants to a variety of shopping opportunities and medical care, is just a stone's throw away.

The interior of the house impresses with a fully equipped kitchen-living room. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, which can also be separated into two single beds.
