Housing: the lock malfunction lock out of order, sink clogged, for the hygiene bathroom carpet very dirty ,toilet floor dirty (we had to wash it when we arrived), covers very dirty sofas, cushions of very dirty seats full of stains we had to wash, very bad bedding, moreover when it rains the water running in the kitchen.
