Holiday home Villa Tulipano with sea view, garden and Wi-Fi
The Villa Tulipano holiday home is located in Torre Pali in the SALVE marina, the villa completely fenced within the estate, overlooks the garden and the pine forest with the sea in the background.
The villa is 120 m², consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 1 bedroom with four sleeping places, a bedroom with a bunk bed and with a cot and 1 bathroom, it can therefore accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a fan, a shared washing machine and a TV. The highlight of this accommodation is the private outdoor area with garden, barbecue and outdoor shower.
The installation of a 3x4x1 m swimming pool is available at a supplement: the installation of the swimming pool must be agreed in advance at the time of booking. Children will enjoy the playground (free of charge). Walk in the middle of nature among olive groves and orchards and taste the fruits directly from the trees! The property is located 1 km from the "Torre Pali" beach, 3 km from the "Maldives of Salento" and 5 km from the 5 Vele beach.
The property has parking spaces. Pets are allowed for a fee. Air conditioning is currently not available. The Wi-Fi connection is suitable for video calls. There are security cameras.
