Located in the “Old Town of Albufeira”, this apartment completely renovated and decorated with great taste, offers you many valences. Inside the apartment you will find a spacious living room with an equipped kitchenette, a very comfortable double bed and a complete bathroom with a shower cabin. The Living Room also offers you an outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, where you will certainly spend a lot of your time contemplating your holidays. Its location is excellent, dispensing with the use of vehicles to go to the beach, centre, bars and restaurants.
Accommodation Rules:- Prohibited to make noise between 22:00 PM and 07:00 AM;- It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect the neighbors;- Parties or events are prohibited;- Pets are allowed and cannot be let loose in the condominium or walk without a leash;- To check-in, at least one guest must be 18 years of age or older;- It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants allowed in the accommodation, even if they are visitors;- A security deposit is required on the day of check-in and will be returned within 7 days of check-out;- It is mandatory to comply with these and other accommodation rules, expressed in the Local Accommodation Book;- Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via mobile phone to arrange the time and place of check-in, and to find out if you have any special requests to be arranged before your arrival.
