The farmhouse (400 m2), whose origins as an oratory date back to the 15th century, was first transformed into a country house in 1876 and today, thanks to a skilful restoration that has restored the beauty of its original structure, it has become a country residence. The house is set in a vast estate of 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti, in a tranquil, panoramic position overlooking vineyards and the gentle Chianti hills (alt. 350 m) halfway between Siena and Florence. Garden and equipped outdoor areas, equipped loggia (barbecue), irregular-shaped swimming pool (7x14) (01/05-13/10), toilet/toilet. Included in the price: 2 hours of cleaning per day from Monday to Friday inclusive, cot (to be requested when booking). To be requested at time of booking and paid for on site: domestic help extra hour, cooking. Possibility of buying products from the estate and guided wine and oil tastings in the medieval cellar. Laundry room (washing machine). Parking. Central heating. Access to property via 200 m dirt track.
