In Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, this 54 m² duplex apartment with sea view, less than 50 m from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 25 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
The accommodation is composed as follows:

The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, in a very pleasant environment in front of the beach and close to the town center (5 minutes on foot). All essential shops are nearby, including a bakery, supermarket, crêperies/restaurants, bistros, wine cellar, souvenir store and weekly market on Fridays. A straw hut open in summer opposite the residence.
