Vacation rental in Sète : Attractive renovated two-room apartment with 28 m2 living space and a pleasant 6 m2 terrace, offering a beautiful sea view. The apartment is south-facing, on the second floor (no elevator.) The beaches are just across from the apartment. Well-equipped, this apartment has a double sofa bed in the living room, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchenette (2 hotplates, fridge, microwave oven.) In the bedroom area, there's a sofa bed. The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) was renovated in 2012. The residence is very pleasant and planted with trees. A parking space is provided for this apartment at N°4, closed by an automatic gate.
No pets allowed. Late arrival possible : 50€ (details on request)
