Villa La Grange was built in the original Provencal style and was lovingly and meticulously renovated from top to bottom a few years ago. In a well-kept estate, with a unique, secluded location and fabulous sea views, you can enjoy the perfect family vacation under the Mediterranean sun.
The villa is south-facing and sea-facing, with all four bedrooms and living areas offering panoramic views of the sea, the bay and the offshore islands. There's a covered Provencal summer kitchen where you can prepare fresh fish or meat a la plancha, a covered terrace for breakfast sheltered from the wind and a lounge for aperitifs before dinner. Take in the sunset and enjoy the romantic atmosphere as the automatic garden lighting bathes everything in soft light.
Entering the villa on the upper level, you'll find the master bedroom of over 25 m² and its balcony. The sleeping area has a double bed (200x200) and access to a private bathroom tiled in natural stone (bathtub, shower cubicle, WC, bidet, washbasin).
The second bedroom upstairs with a 160x200 bed is smaller and suitable for two children, grandmother or nanny, also with balcony, and equipped with shower and washbasin.
Also on the second floor, a sitting area invites you to relax and read.
A staircase leads down to the first floor.
Here you'll find two further bedrooms with sea views. One with a double bed and its own bathroom (XXL shower, WC, bidet and washbasin), accessible via the corridor, and a twin bedroom with TV and direct access to its own bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC and washbasin.
At the foot of the stairs opens the living area with a large open kitchen, fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The living room offers a comfortable sofa in front of the open fireplace with a smart-TV (Netflix, Prime etc.), Wifi accessible in all rooms of the house.
At the far end of the second floor is the laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer.
The 11x5-meter pool is very large and deep enough if you want to work out, and the space offers fun and plenty of room for sunbathing and reading in the shade of a cork oak or parasol. Children's safety is also assured by a pool alarm. Adjust the water temperature to your liking with a thermal blanket.
