Nice apartment for 5 guests in an elegant residence with swimming pool located in Cecina di Toscolano Maderno.
The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a living room with sofa double bed. An extra bed is available for guests.
The living room leads to the small private garden overlooking the shared swimming pool and lake view, equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the summer evenings.
Located on the western coast of Lake Guarda, the picturesque village of Toscolano-Maderno is dotted with cypress trees, olive groves and lemon groves and has a pretty harbor bustling with colorful boats and ferries. Close by are numerous beaches with a choice of water sports, including canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing and diving.
Many other activities can be practiced in the surrounding hills and mountains, including: climbing, trekking, mountain bike trails and horse riding. There is also a golf course just 10 minutes' drive away.
Furthermore, visitors can reach the Veronese shore of the lake by boat from Salò (17 minutes by car), reach the elegant town of Gardone Riviera and visit the Vittoriale (7 minutes by car) or visit Padenghe sul Garda, known for its extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C. wines (33 minute drive). A little further along the coast (1 hour by car) is Sirmione and its famous spa. Verona is 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car and Venice is just over 2 hours away by car.
The closest airport is Milan Bergamo, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes' drive from the property. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
