Apartment Ramon is one of the best holiday apartments offering a modern and light interior with a large terrace overlooking the communal pool and a 3 minute walk to the beach of Llennaire. A double entry system leads into the building with parking for bikes. A lift leads up to this comfortable first floor property. Furthermore this two bedroom two bathroom apartment offers hot/cold air conditioning and parquet floors throughout.
This stunning modern apartment sleeps 4 plus baby. A free travel cot and highchair are available on request. A car is not necessary in this fabulous holiday apartment.
InteriorOpen plan living with huge patio doors to the large furnished terrace. Noteworthy that the huge furnished terrace overlooks the pool and also boasts views of the Tramuntana mountains, ideal to enjoy the sunset in the evenings. The large sofa is comfortable and practical and can be used inside or outside. Naturally the apartment boasts a smart TV, bluetooth speaker and free reliable fast fibra optic WIFI. Should you prefer to dine inside there is a dining table seating 4. The fully fitted kitchen area is well equipped complete with dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge/freezer. Consequently self catering is a convenient option here. We have recently added a useful island to the kitchen to help with food preparation too.
A sliding door seperates the living area from the sleeping area of this modern holiday apartment. Firstly an attractive twin bedroom with floor to ceiling patio windows and a family shower room. Secondly the generous Master bedroom with en suite bathroom has double aspect patio doors. The spacious bedroom boasts a king size bed and access to the front terrace. The en suite bathroom boasts a bath with shower overhead. Both bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes, efficient dark shutters ensuring a good nights sleep. Duvets are provided for winter rentals ensuring you are cozy.
ExteriorThe spacious terrace is certainly a real bonus in this beautiful modern apartment. There is a relaxing seating area, 2 sun loungers and a dining table and chairs for 6. The terrace has sun almost all day during the summer months. A great place to relax at the end of the day or to enjoy breakfast before a day on the beach.
The attractive communal swimming pool is located at the front of the building. It is strictly for residents use only. A sun terrace with shower surrounds the swimming pool. The pool generally has very little use so it is often a peaceful place to relax. There are only 7 apartments in this building and it is not often that they are all occupied.
A car is not required in this propery however there is ample free parking in front of the property. In the summer months a convenient small supermarket and bus stop are within a 5 mins walk. This 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for Summer and Winter stays.
