This large family holiday villa rental in Puerto Pollensa Mallorca has been lovingly furnished and equipped. The owners want to ensure you enjoy your stay as much as they do. They visit the property regularly all year round. This spacious villa sleeps 6 and an infant comfortably. It is located just 3 mins walk to the safe sandy beach of Llennaire, Puerto Pollensa. A popular beach offering a friendly beach bar and a couple of excellent restaurants. The stroll along the sea front to the Marina, which is scattered with shops and restaurants, will take 20 mins. There are 3 fab restaurants and a beach bar just 3mins walk from the villa. Car not necessary in this property.
InteriorThis large family holiday villa rental in Puerto Pollensa Mallorca has a spacious lounge diner comfortably furnished with sofas, dining table and chairs. There is air con, ceiling fan, smart TV, DVD and reliable fibra optic WIFI. The tv has a chromecast so bring your netflix details and log in. The lounge also offers a wood burner for the cooler months. Patio doors open out to the covered front terrace which is perfect for al fresco meals and quiet moments. A couple of steps lead down to the pretty front garden, another spot to chill over a cool drink.
The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen leads off the lounge with french doors to the front terrace and a further door to the barbecue and garden. 3 steps lead down to the rear garden and swimming pool.
Off the lounge a hallway leads to the sleeping quarters. A twin and double bedroom, both have air conditioning, efficient ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. Two recently reformed modern bathrooms with heated towel rails are adjacent to the bedrooms, one bathroom has a bath and the other a walk in shower.
A few steps lead up to to the spacious master bedroom. This is a delightful bedroom equipped with a ceiling fan, air conditioning, safe and recently reformed en suite shower room. Double aspect windows overlook the swimming pool. There is plenty of room here for a cot/child bed. We offer a free travel cot and highchair on request.
ExteriorThe rear garden area is quiet, a surprise and a real delight. The enclosed garden surrounds the property and enjoys a beautiful salt water swimming with Roman steps and an enchanting water feature. It is surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds, relaxing chairs, shower and parasol. There are plenty of areas where one can find their own space and peace and quiet.
Alongside the swimming pool is an additional room. This bright room has two large windows, patio doors and security shutters. It overlooks the garden and pool. The room can be used to store the sunbed cushions and other pool items. It is also an ideal secure storage room for cycles. It is a great space to let the toddlers have a sleep whilst you enjoy the pool. A modern bathroom with a walk in shower is very convenient for use alongside the pool. the washing machine is located here.
