I am delighted to offer this 3 bedroomground floor holiday rental with communal pool for 2024. Located in a secure exclusive residential complex with a stunning communal swimming poolsurrounded by generous sun terraces. This apartment boasts its own private gardenwith a lockable gate leading to the pool. What`s more the fabulous Llennaire beach is just 4mins walk away. Demand will be high!
This apartment sleeps 5 plus a baby. A free cot and highchairare available. A car is not necessary.
InteriorDouble security doors lead along to the front door and into an entrance hall. The property offers hot/cold air conditioningthroughout. The bright lounge/diner boasts large patio doors leading out to the terrace and garden. Attractively furnished with chaise longue, dining table and chairs and a wall mounted smart tv. Naturally the property offers reliable free fibra optic WIFI. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances ensuring easy preparation of family meals. Patio doors lead out to a private large furnished terraceand lawned garden. Al fresco meals are a delight here, the sun blind ensures shade even at mid day!
Off the entrance hall is a pretty twin bedroom with a door leading out to a communal area. A further door leads along to the sleeping quartersat the rear of the property. The Master bedroom offers a double bed and modern en suite bathroom. The cosy bedroom with childs bunk beds is sure to be a favourite for the younger members of the family. Both these bedrooms have exterior doors leading out to the convenient rear terrace housing the washing machine. All 3 bedrooms have wardrobes, wall mounted TV and air conditioning. The accommodation is completed with a modern shower room which boasts a shower screen and electric towel rail.
ExteriorThe exterior space of this ground floor holiday rental with communal pool is stunning. A very generous sized immaculate swimming pool with easy Roman steps into the shallow end is perfect for young children. The pool depths range from 1.20m to 1.80m. Conveniently there is a shower alongside the pool and also several sun loungers on the ample sun terraces and lawns with parasols. (the photos were taken in the winter so no sunbeds shown)
The lockable garden gate leading to the pool area is a real attraction keeping toddlers safe and parents relaxed. Huge patio doors lead from the open plan lounge area to a private furnished terrace and lawned area. A fabulous area to enjoy al fresco dining in a peaceful setting. The sun blind ensures that you can have shade even at lunchtime. Most of your holiday will be spent in this area I am sure.
