3 bedroom holiday rental apartment close to the beach Puerto Pollensa Mallorca is an ideal spot for a fantastic holiday. It is located close to the popular Pine Walkand close to restaurants and supermarkets. This apartment sleeps 5 plus an infant under 12 months.A cot and highchair are availableon request. A car is not necessary.
NOTE: Minimum guest age is 10 years (babies under 12 months will be allowed)
This spacious apartment is located on the first floorof a small community of 4 apartments. It is modern, comfortable and very well equipped. This bright apartment has hot/cold air conditioningthroughout. Therefore, making it an ideal choice for summer or winter rentals.
Through the security door and take the stairs to this beautiful apartment. Enter directly into the attractive lounge/dining area which is light, very spacious and has lovely mountain views. Comfortable sofas, flat screen smart TV, dining table and chairs and free Fibre Optic WIFI. French doors lead out to the furnished balcony. A great spot for a touch of breakfast before going to the beach. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has a built in electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A separate laundry area boasts a washing machine.
There are 3 pretty bedroomsin this holiday rental apartment close to the beach Puerto Pollensa Mallorca. The master ensuitewith King size bed and full bathroom. A further King size bedded room and a single bedroom with a single childs bed 180 x 90cms (and a pull out extra bed below) share the modern shower room. The single bedroom has a door out to the laundry room.
ExteriorOff the lounge french doors lead out to the pretty balcony offering wonderful mountain views. It is such a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast and contemplate the day ahead.
In addition to the balcony this holiday apartment boasts a fabulous private roof terrace space.This is accessed up two flights of stairs and has spectacuar viewsof the Tramuntana mountains and partial sea views. A seating area is provided making this an ideal spot to enjoy a glass of something cool under the stars.
This apartment is in a truly fabulous location, only 1 minute to sandy beach and Pine walk and 2 minutes to the church square. Restaurants on the doorstep and free parking on street outside.
An ideal choice for a beach holiday or for a relaxing winter stay. Couples just love the extra space it offers them, especially the roof top terrace with sea views
The apartment will be available from May 2024 as the new owners add their own personal touch during the winter months.
