Pretty air-conditioned two-room apartment of 40 m² located on the 4th and top floor in a building with elevator. It includes a hall, living room (with 2-seater sofa bed of 140), 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed of 140 and 1 single bed of 90), an independent equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC - Closed loggia with large bay windows , making use of a dining room, and a breathtaking panoramic view of the port. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, and has double glazing in the bedroom. All rooms in the apartment benefit from a superb sea view. The apartment is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a combined oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a television. The shops (ready-to-wear boutiques, supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconists, casino games) are located at the foot of the building. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
