Magnificent 30-square-meter apartment in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
This cozy apartment is perfect for a family mountain getaway in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
It measures 42 square meters, including 31 square meters of living space, has a bedroom with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to four people.
You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities.

Housing
Located on the 3ᵉ floor with elevator, the apartment comprises:
- one bedroom with a double bed;
- two mountain corners with a single bed and a child's bed ;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen;
- a modern shower room;
- a lovely balcony with table and chairs ;
- and a lounge area for relaxing after a day's hiking.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: toaster, kettle, fondue machine, oven, fridge, hairdryer, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is located right in the center of Chamonix on the pedestrian shopping street, with a view from the room of Le Brévent and Plan Praz.
It is close to all amenities and public transport, with a bus stop at the foot of the building.
The Montenvers train station is a 15-minute walk away, the Aiguille du Midi cable car 5 minutes and the Brevent/Plan Praz cable car 10-15 minutes.
A launderette with several washing machines and a tumble dryer, as well as integrated organic detergent, is located in the shopping arcade (for a fee). Free parking is available on allée du Recteur Payot (with blue disc), and a pay parking lot, Outa, is a 2-minute walk away.
The famous Shouka café is just 2 minutes from the apartment. Rue des Moulins is a must for restaurants, offering a variety of choices, such as Joia by Pizzeria on Rue des Moulins (reservations required), Café des Aiguilles with excellent coffee and homemade pastries, Grocerie Bio offering organic and vegetarian dishes, homemade cakes, fresh juices and good coffees, and Cool Cats, renowned for Chamonix's best hot dogs.
For cheese, the Coopérative fruitière du Val d'Arly is the place to go. The Maison des Guides de Chamonix and the tourist office are located on the Place de l'Église.
In summer and winter alike, there are plenty of activities to enjoy nature, such as hiking, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, mountaineering, climbing, rafting and hydrospeed on the Arve.
There's also a magnificent accrobranche park at Les Gaillands, with courses suitable for the young and adventurous alike.
Finally, for a moment of peace and quiet, you can take advantage of the cinema, swimming pool and media library.
You'll be able to use your transport card to travel free of charge on the internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and at reduced fares on the Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

The Aiguille du Midi, the starting point of the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to enjoy a unique experience at an altitude of 3,800 m, and the Montenvers railroad, which leads to the Mer de Glace, is another popular tourist attraction. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
