Neighborhood
At the foot of the Planard slopes, just a stone's throw from the center of Chamonix, you'll be in the best location to take advantage of the town's immense ski area. All shops, including ski rental and equipment stores, are close to the apartment, as are numerous bars and restaurants. All entertainment is just a few minutes' walk away: the Casino and Alpine Museum are just 10 minutes away, as is the Thermal Center in 15 minutes. But you can also easily get around town and to the other gondolas thanks to the bus network. And in summer, there's plenty to do: shopping, hiking, mountain biking...
