Situated close to the port of La Test-de-Buch and the beaches of the Bassin d'Arcachon, you'll be able to take full advantage of your holiday in the Landes!

Neighborhood
Located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood of La Test-de-Buch, you'll have everything you need to enjoy a beautiful stay in the Arcachon Basin. From the villa, you can stroll along the canelots and enjoy oysters in one of the waterside cabins. The port of La Test-de-Buch is 20 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by car, and the beaches of La Test-de-Buch are 5 minutes away by bike or 11 minutes by car. To discover the flora and fauna of the Landes region, the Sentier Est is just a 15-minute walk from the villa. You'll also find the Arcachon golf course a 10-minute drive away, and the La Teste-de-Buch municipal market a 7-minute drive or 9-minute bike ride away. Finally, you'll be in the perfect location to discover all the wonders of the region: the Dune du Pilat, Île aux Oiseaux, Cap-Ferret, etc.
