Villa la Quercia is a house immersed in the green hills of Toscolano Maderno.
We are a stone's throw from the town center, but in a slightly hilly position which gives us the privilege of living in an oasis of absolute peace.
Spacious, beautiful and comfortable with a charming garden dotted with plants, flowers and trees with a wonderful lake view.
At the entrance we are welcomed by a spacious, bright living room which continues into the large dining area with fireplace and kitchen, an internal staircase leads us to the sleeping area where we find 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom plus a bathroom.
Of relevance there is a large terrace with barbecue area and an outdoor area surrounded by a pedestrian entrance and a vehicular one for cars.
The property does not have private parking, guests can park in public parking spots.
Located on the western coast of Lake Guarda, the picturesque village of Toscolano-Maderno is dotted with cypress trees, olive groves and lemon groves and has a pretty harbor bustling with colorful boats and ferries. Close by are numerous beaches with a choice of water sports, including canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing and diving. Many other activities can be practiced in the surrounding hills and mountains, including: climbing, trekking, mountain bike trails and horse riding. There is also a golf course just 10 minutes' drive away. Furthermore, visitors can reach the Veronese shore of the lake by boat from Salò (17 minutes by car), reach the elegant town of Gardone Riviera and visit the Vittoriale (7 minutes by car) or visit Padenghe sul Garda, known for its extra virgin olive oil and D.O.C. wines (33 minute drive). A little further along the coast (1 hour by car) is Sirmione and its famous spa. Verona is 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car and Venice is just over 2 hours away by car. The closest airport is Milan Bergamo, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes' drive from the property. A damage deposit of 500EUR has to be paid locally. A damage deposit of 300EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
