Come and stay in this family home, ideally located near the Lourtuais and Portuais beaches and the Centre beach. Its location at the top of the Tu-ès-Roc district, at the entrance to Cap d'Erquy, will bring you peace and quiet.
Spacious, south-facing, with a garden overlooking the sea and the Bay of Erquy, this 18-bed house can accommodate up to 15 guests. Come and stay in this family home, ideally located near the beaches of Lourtuais and Portuais, and the Centre beach. This is an "autonomous" house, with no conventional heating system (except in the garden room and master bedroom). Each bedroom is equipped with auxiliary heating, and the house has a fireplace on the first floor and a wood-burning stove on the garden level.
