Outside this 17th-century estate, there's a generously sized chlorine pool, measuring 10 meters long by 5 meters wide. Its depth varies from 1.60 to 2.10 meters, offering a safe space for swimming and cooling off. It also features an area specially designed for children, ensuring fun for the whole family. Also on this floor, there's a room with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower, offering privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom completes this level. Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms, each with two single beds, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom.
