In Coti-Chiavari, less than 300 meters from the beach, we offer you this beautiful 80 m² air-conditioned apartment with swimming pool and sea view, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st and top floor, it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 28 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A shared (unheated) 10 m x 4 m swimming pool, open all year round (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a fence.
- A 35 m² terrace with a beautiful sea view to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is located in Verghia, above the Mare E Sole beach, in a very pleasant setting. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private, numbered parking space in the basement of the apartment, as well as in the private parking space outside the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio 35 km (approx. 45 min. by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.
