Not far from the Limski Fjord and the beautiful Adriatic coast, this large house with modern architecture welcomes you. Together with the dining area and the stylish and fully equipped kitchen, this area forms the heart of the villa, where group gatherings are a pleasure.

The nearest pebble beach is just a few minutes' drive from the house. Nature lovers can enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of this wonderful place on hikes along the Limski Fjord. You can also visit the historic town of Rovinj, which is certainly worth a visit. Enjoy local specialties in some of the many Istrian taverns and restaurants. Within easy reach you will also find Pula, where you can experience the famous amphitheater and enjoy the wonderful old town.
