Exclusive little villa in Pescoluse, Marina di Salve, immersed in a vast uncontaminated area on a promontory with steep slopes, between emerging rocks, thick spontaneous bushes of the Mediterranean scrub and natural paths. The area located 70 meters above sea level has a panoramic view that ranges from Torre Pali to the coast of San Gregorio. Home equipped with all living comforts and equipped outdoors with barbecue, solarium, large terraces and local stone pools with running water. The villa is partly clad in local stone, a material that allows an environmental insertion in harmony with the emerging rocks and with their openings, it presents a continuity between the internal and external environment, without interruptions. In fact, by leaving the windows open, the interior spaces appear immersed in the colors and scents of the surrounding nature. An oasis of peace about 1500 meters from the beaches of Pescoluse and Torre Pali, for those looking for a dream holiday of total relaxation.
Deluxe Villa Marilyn offers eight beds and rooms equipped with air conditioning and heating: there are two double bedrooms and two sofa beds in the living room, two complete bathrooms with hairdryer and shower and an external shower, a dining room with well equipped kitchen (equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, etc.), a living room featuring modern furniture and a satellite TV.
Outside the house there is a 2.5x2.5 m stone plunge pool enclosed in the Mediterranean scrub.
Small size pets allowed with an extra cost of EUR 80 to be paid locally.
First supply of bed/bath linen included in the price for the number of guests. Change of linen available only with an extra cost.
Tourist tax to be paid directly equal to EUR 1,35 per day per person. Balance payment required 15 days before arrival to be paid to the host by bank transfer.
