Close to the beach, shops and restaurants, come and enjoy this villa with covered swimming pool. Ideally designed, divided into two parts, offering private and independent spaces for each group or family.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large air-conditioned living room with TV and dining area. A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffeemaker... with direct access to the terrace to enjoy your meals in peace and quiet.
One bedroom with three 90 cm beds and storage cupboard, and another with a queen-size bed and air-conditioning. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine and washbasin. Separate WC.
Upstairs, you'll find a large terrace under a veranda, perfect for enjoying the fine weather.
A bedroom with twin beds and air-conditioning, another with twin beds and a final bedroom with double bed.
A fully-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, fridge, hob, coffee maker, microwave...
Cocooning area with TV and dining area. Wifi and air-conditioning.
Shower with washbasin and WC.
The house has no parking space, but free parking is available in front of the house. Parking is very easy in Le Barcarès.
Optional extras: Linen is not provided, but can be booked in advance and collected on arrival.
