The residence is located in the center of the seaside village Villanova - Ostuni. Nearby you can find mini-markets, bars, restaurants, pubs, ATMs, pharmacies and all kinds of businesses.
Ostuni, the characteristic White City, offers 17 km of coastline, on which numerous white sand beaches wind their way (official recognition of the blue flag and five sails now consolidated).
The closest bathing establishment to the residence is just 600 m away.
Torre Guaceto (natural oasis protected by the WWF), Costa Merlata, Lido Morelli, Pilone, Rosamarina, Torre Pozzella, are some of the wonderful beaches on our coast.
