Holiday villa rental with beautiful shaded areas, completely fenced and equipped with large equipped verandas. The house is very comfortable for groups, having numerous rooms with access both from the corridor and from the outside, to be together, but each with their own independence. A large covered area, equipped with table, chairs and TV, runs alongside the kitchen (well equipped) and the living room, equipped with a double sofa bed, fireplace and various furniture. A corridor begins from the living area, which runs alongside the complete bathroom (shower and toilet), a bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 double beds (each also having an entrance from the garden). From the brick courtyard you enter a second bathroom, with shower and toilet and a further spacious shower cubicle, useful when returning from the sea. A few steps from the main building, we have a beautiful annex, which consists of a very large, unique room, with a part equipped as a double bedroom. In the garden we also notice: a beautiful stone barbecue, a hammock among the pines, a swing. A villa for carefree Salento stays.

You will be approximately 500 m from Spiaggiabella beach, a fine sandy expanse, with beaches and free parts, where the seabed increases in depth very slowly (therefore also excellent for the little ones or for those who cannot swim very well). Spiaggiabella is part of the area that is part of the regional natural park "Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio", so you can organize an outing in nature, towards the Bacino Idume lake (theatre of migratory birds) or the Rauccio forest (one of the few Holm oaks still present, from the oak family, trees typical of the Lecce area). Spiaggiabella has equipped beaches and free parts. Within walking distance are a greengrocer, a market with an adjoining pizzeria and bar (at Salvatore's) and a small square where summer events are organised. The beautiful Lecce, with its wonderful baroque monuments and the charming streets of the historic centre, is just 10 minutes away by car.
