In a typical 19th-century house, this very peaceful apartment is located very close to the Swiss border, 5 km from Lake Maggiore, and in the foothills of the Alps. It offers a wonderful climate and ample opportunities to visit lakes, mountains, and beautiful cities in Ticino, such as Ascona, Bellinzona, and Locarno.

The apartment is spacious, with a balcony for outdoor dining. Pets are welcome. Accessible bathroom with wheelchair access. The children's bedroom has 3 beds, one of which is a high sleeper for one and a half people. Maximum weight allowed is 60kg. Minimum age 10 years (due to height). The living room has a comfortable sofa bed. There's a large 17sqm balcony and a 25sqm kitchen suitable for 7 people.

In the heart of an ancient village on Lake Maggiore, this historic residence offers the atmosphere and convenience of spacious living quarters. The area is very quiet, frequented only by locals.
The apartment is located in a small square in Due Cossani, near Dumenza. It is 4km from the Swiss border, reachable via the provincial road. It is close to the Church of Santa Elisabetta, the bus stop to Luino, and the medical clinic. Lake Maggiore is just a 10-minute drive away.
The architectural style is typical of ancient villages, with thick walls, granite columns, and handmade wooden balustrades.
The house consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a large kitchen with a table for 7 people, and a 20sqm balcony. In the sleeping area, there are two bedrooms, one double and one single, and a bathroom.
The furnishings are essential but comfortable. The bathroom has been renovated with the removal of architectural barriers, making the house wheelchair accessible.
Gas heating is available for a fee during the winter months.
There are ample parking spaces in the area. Important house rules: no smoking, no partying allowed. Pets are welcome.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem kleinen Platz in Due Cossani, in der Nähe von Dumenza. Sie ist 4 km von der Schweizer Grenze entfernt, erreichbar über die Provinzstraße. Sie liegt in der Nähe der Kirche Santa Elisabetta, der Bushaltestelle nach Luino und der Arztpraxis. Der Lago Maggiore ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt.
Der architektonische Stil ist typisch für alte Dörfer, mit dicken Mauern, Granitsäulen und handgefertigten hölzernen Balustraden.

Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber komfortabel. Das Badezimmer wurde renoviert und ist barrierefrei zugänglich, sodass das Haus rollstuhlgerecht ist.
Die Gasheizung ist gegen Gebühr in den Wintermonaten verfügbar.
Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Wichtige Hausregeln: Rauchen verboten, keine Partys erlaubt. Haustiere sind willkommen.
