In the souks district and the famous Spice Square, you'll stay at the "Riad des Rêves", a traditional house located 5 minutes' walk from Jemma El Fna Square, in the historic center of the old town: the Medina.
Unlike commercial guesthouses, this is a private Riad, rented out entirely and exclusively, where privacy and conviviality are preserved.
Our riad is ideally located, in the heart of the souks, between Place Jemma El Fna and Place des épices.
It's family-friendly, with 10 beds divided between double beds, single beds and bunk beds, allowing different configurations in each room.
This Riad is first and foremost a family home, not a guest house or hotel.
It's perfect for people who want to be independent: you're at home, with all the space you need. Unlike most riads, you have free access to the kitchen to prepare your meals.
Our manager, Rachida, will welcome you for an inventory of fixtures and fittings, explain how the equipment works, answer any questions you may have, then slip away while remaining available for any requests you may have during your stay.
Maintenance/watering of plants and cleaning of communal areas requires her to access the terrace every 2 days, at a time to suit you.
A full Moroccan breakfast or meals can be prepared and served daily, on request. These services must be paid for in cash on site.
First floor:

1st floor:

* three air-conditioned bedrooms, one with bunk beds for up to 5 people,
* 2 shower rooms (one communicating with 2 bedrooms)

* a private terrace with a large dining area under a pergola, and a solarium with deckchairs.
3rd floor:
* Terrace under a pergola, with lounge area and jacuzzi available all year round!
* Exceptional 360°C views over the rooftops of Marrakech, the Café de France, the Koutoubia, the Ben Youssef mosque and the Atlas peaks...
