Pleasant house in a quiet area of L'Aiguillon sur Mer, 3000 m from the main beach of La Faute sur Mer - 1200 m from shops - 1400 m from the lake (supervised swimming).
This house offers a fully-equipped kitchen (electric stove; dishwasher; coffee machine; toaster; microwave) with laundry and washing machine, a living room with sitting area (flat-screen TV) and dining area with table seating 6; the house has two bedrooms with double beds and closet and a large shower room. All set in an enclosed garden with space for one car.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility.

L'Aiguillon sur Mer marks the entrance to the Vendée department. Renowned for its Baie de l'Aiguillon nature reserve, which is part of the Marais Poitevin, its harbour, which is moored on wooden booms, is well worth a visit. It stretches along the Lay estuary. You'll find fishermen's huts where you can buy the day's catch.
As for l'Aiguillon sur Mer's beaches, the main and most popular is its lake, located in the town center next to the port. This is a seawater lake with sandy beaches on the downtown side. The area is supervised in summer, and it's on this stretch of water that you'll find the most activity. A few wilder beaches are available towards the Pointe de l'Aiguillon, but these are not supervised. They offer a beautiful view of La Rochelle, the bridge and the Ile de Ré. Nearby, the large beaches of La Faute sur Mer are very pleasant (3 km away).
