hello... studio very well located.beautiful sea view very close to the center.unfortunately the equipment is to be reviewed. deckchair and broken parasol. cooking equipment to change..................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... a vacuum cleaner will be welcome because it seems to me that the broom has run its course. the beaches are incredibly clean. it won't stop us from coming back. the place is quiet. the staff of the welcoming agency, listening to us. good weekend. We had a great time in this family resort. The apartment is ideally located: sea view, feet in the sand, and close to the city center. No need to take the car. The apartment is well placed not to be too hot, but is not maintained, all the bedding is to be changed, it is a pity to come back with a back pain from your holidays... Remember to add a vacuum cleaner, and enough to properly cook fish or meat.....

Apartment with very bad bedding, very dangerous bunk bed held with a strap and boxed batten ,bare electrical socket, chair with holes and boxed, cleaning not done and cupboard and very very very greasy dishes and real estate agency are not listening to their customers they are the right for the money and not for the customers. The only positive point is very close to the sea and the places of leucate port are very clean. PS Apartment not to rent very bad experience.
