Nestled in the heart of the charming village of Séreilhac, this spacious 270m2 residence offers comfort and tranquility just a 20-minute drive from Limoges. Ideally located within walking distance of local shops, this home also boasts a vast 400m2 garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
Space
Passing through the front door on the first floor, you'll arrive in a welcoming entrance hall that leads to two separate lounges: a relaxation area and a more spacious living room, perfect for convivial evenings with family or friends. A large adjoining dining room invites you to share meals prepared in a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge, cooking utensils...), opening onto the terrace and garden.
Outside, you'll find everything you need to make the most of sunny days: a table for al fresco dining, a parasol, a barbecue and even deckchairs for relaxing.
For rainy days, there's also an indoor play area to keep young and old entertained.
Upstairs, three large bedrooms offer privacy and comfort to all occupants. Each room is equipped with a double bed (140x190), with the exception of one room which has a queen-size bed (160x190). You'll also find a bathroom with a shower and a large bathtub, as well as an independent toilet with a water point for added convenience. A walk-in wardrobe is also at your disposal to store your personal belongings with care.
Finally, two large garages separate from the house are available for your vehicles.

Bed linen is not supplied, but can be included as an optional extra if requested in advance when booking.
Access
Access to the entire house, the garden and two garages where you can safely park two cars.
Neighborhood
All amenities are within walking distance, including a grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, bakery and tobacconist. You can leave your cars safely in the available garages. If you need to make larger purchases, Super U is just a 7-minute drive away.
Transit
You can walk around the village, but if you want to get to Limoges, you'll need to plan a 30-minute drive.
If you prefer to use public transport to get to Limoges, there's a bus from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region serving the town.
Just get off at the "Le Bourg" stop. Departures are available at two different times on weekdays: 6.52 a.m. and 1.55 p.m. For the return journey, the times from Place Churchill are 12:16 and 18:19.
For Saturdays, with the same stops, please note different timetables: departure at 8.52 am for the outward journey and 5.41 pm for the return.
However, there is no public transport on Sundays.
