The house is modern, detached and set in an enclosed garden. The furnishings are warm and inviting, allowing you to relax as soon as you enter the house. The location is just outside a small hamlet - Garosse - and between fields and Landes pine forests. A large 11 x 5 m swimming pool is at your disposal. This means you can take a dip in the water if it gets too hot. The pool area overlooks the shady garden and children's play area. They can also use the ping-pong table. The beaches of Mimizan-Plage are 40 km away.
