la-Grange-de-Cezac: Located in the heart of the Quercy blanc region, 18 km from Cahors, come and discover this charming Quercy white stone residence, entirely renovated with respect for the original building.
After 1989, when Le Sabatou and its 15-hectare Grange were declared an ASPAS protected site, Le Sabatou flourished as a nature reserve for the protection of wildlife and natural heritage, free from pesticides and other agricultural chemicals.
After 25 years Le Sabatou has seen the return of an extraordinary abundance of wild flowers, particularly orchids and Bach medicinal plants.
The return of wild bees and a wide variety of insects has triggered the rebirth of a fabulous ecosystem.
Numerous species of birds, including eagles and owls, and small animals such as pine martens, hares and foxes.
Today, quiet deer can be seen in the wildflower meadow around the house. A true paradise for nature lovers and photographers alike.

Large private 11x 5 m pool with Roman staircase.
First floor: large open space with even earth floor. From the kitchen onto the large covered terrace with table and barbecue area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. In the middle of the barn is a large fireplace with double sofa, internet, TV and DVD, and a dining table. A few steps lead up to the bedroom and bathroom with shower, bath and WC. The attic has a snooker table and two single beds.
11 x 5 m swimming pool with shallow and deep end. Roman staircase for easy access. The pool is connected to the barn, not to the owner's house.
The pool is alarmed and fenced.
Other: bed linen provided; WiFi access; Internet; covered terrace for exceptional dinners under the stars; chairs and table for the barbecue; deckchairs for the pool.
- Cleaning services are not included. The house must be returned to the owner in a fully cleaned condition.
- Prices do not include heating costs.
