Located in the heart of the Quercy blanc region, 18 km from Cahors, come and discover this charming Quercy white stone house, entirely renovated in keeping with the original building.
After 1989, when Le Sabatou with its 15ha was declared an ASPAS protected site, it flourished as a nature reserve for the protection of wildlife and natural heritage, free from pesticides and other agricultural chemicals.
After 25 years Le Sabatou has seen the return of an extraordinary abundance of wild flowers, particularly orchids and Bach medicinal plants.
The return of wild bees and a wide variety of insects has triggered the rebirth of a fabulous ecosystem.
Numerous species of birds, including eagles and owls, and small animals such as pine martens, hares and foxes.
Today, quiet deer can be seen in the wildflower meadow around the house. A true paradise for nature lovers and photographers alike.
The barn, built of Quercy white stone, has been completely renovated and is next to the owner's residence.

First floor: Large open space with even earth floor. From the kitchen you step out onto the large covered terrace with table and barbecue area for exceptional dinners.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. In the middle of the barn there's a large fireplace with double sofa, internet, TV and DVD and a dining table. A few steps lead up to the bedroom and bathroom with shower, bath and WC. In the attic there's a snooker table with two single beds.
Second double bedroom in the vaulted cellar of the main house (inhabited by the owner) with en-suite shower and toilet and independent entrance.
11 x 5 m swimming pool with shallow and deep end. Roman staircase for easy access. The pool is alarmed and fenced.
