The Tivan apartment is located in a villa in the pretty village of Nesso in an ecological and pedestrian area on the shores of Lake Como.
The apartment is surrounded by a magical garden that is lovingly maintained. Here you will find Mediterranean flowers, plants and fruits including bananas, palms, figs, kiwis, pomegranates, grapes, lemons, persimmons, raspberries, oleanders, lavender and many other species from which you can harvest the fruits during your stay.
There is a small waterfall in the garden that becomes active when it rains. Then fresh mountain water flows into a small river to the lake. In and around the house you will find peace, privacy and lots of beauty. The lake is just a few steps down an old path.
The garden has several seating areas and tables, and there is an antique tea house and a garden shed with magical views.
You can immediately go swimming on the bank near the ancient Romanesque bridge.
It is precisely at this point that fresh mountain water flows into the lake, coming from the famous waterfall.
