Superb wooden house of high standing, near the village of Coti Chiavari in the south of the Gulf of Ajaccio, located on a very large private plot in the Corsican maquis in an idyllic setting and a panoramic sea view of great beauty. You have 3 double bedrooms, each with a bathroom afterwards, a superb sea view and direct access to the huge wooden terrace, from which you can contemplate at night magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Ajaccio, the bloody islands and the swimming pool below. On the garden level, you have an independent apartment (without sea view) offering 4 beds, ideal for teenagers, the 4 beds being in the same large room with a bathroom and WC. They will also benefit from a living room with sofa, television and kitchenette. In the surroundings, fine sand and transparent sea await you, with the Cala d'Orzu beach 2 km away, or the Coti Chiavari beach, a silver beach, where many water sports are on offer. Discover the protected site of the peninsula of Capu di Muro and its 16th century Genoese tower, or the eucalyptus forest of Coti Chiavari and its famous penitentiary. Along the wild coast towards the Gulf of Valinco, you will discover the beauty of the Corsican landscapes, with here and there, beaches and coves, facing rocky mountains covered with scrub. The Genoese towers recall the historical past of Corsica, as does the prehistoric site of Filitosa, classified by UNESCO. The Gulf of Valinco is also an excellent starting point for beautiful hikes through the maquis.NB: the bathroom in the annex is separated by a curtain.
