In partnership with the GRANVILLE TERRE et MER Tourist Office, we rent our house facing the sea: family sandy beach (supervised swimming) with a 4-kilometer seafront promenade, 500 meters from the town center.
Description of accommodation:
Spacious, bright, east-west-facing house for 4/5 people, offering changing panoramas and magnificent sunsets over the sea.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table and 126 cm TV.
Dining room with table and 6 chairs, 2 consoles.
A fully-equipped kitchen with central island, hood, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, vacuum cleaner.
Upstairs (accessible by spiral staircase / disabled access) :
One bedroom with double bed (2x90/200), closet, bedside tables, storage ladder, 126 cm TV and 4 m2 balcony with panoramic sea view.
One bedroom with bunk beds (90/190), bedside tables, sofa bed (2x80/200), closet.
Bathroom with double washbasin, vanity unit, shower, washing machine and separate toilet.
Practicalities:
Front courtyard with gate
Rear courtyard with glass roof, outdoor lounge, shower and waste sorting.
Linen and baby equipment available for hire (please contact us).
Pets not accepted.

JULLOUVILLE is a "Pavillon Bleu" seaside resort in South-Manche, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, markets (Tuesday and Friday mornings in season)... Numerous activities are on offer, including water sports, tennis, golf, mountain biking, hiking trails, horse riding, fishing ...
