Functional apartment on the second floor of a beautiful semi-detached house, just 4 km from Lake Como and the town. Guests have at their disposal a 900 m² garden (shared only with the owners) and a gazebo with barbecue under which they can dine in silence, interrupted only by the sound of the river flowing nearby. The garden, accessible from the outside, also offers ample covered parking. From the house, there are several paths for excursions in the direction of the mountains and, 4 km away, the funicular railway leaves in the direction of Brunate, from where there are several paths, the best known of which is the ?camminata delle baite? with a magnificent view of the lake. The proximity of the lake offers a wide range of water sports: windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing, diving and boat hire. By boat, you can explore Como's surroundings and visit the beautiful villages, villas and promenades along the coast. Enjoy sunbathing on one of the many well-equipped beaches: Villa Olmo, Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Argegno, Bellagio, Careno, Lezzano. The walks along the lake are spectacular: the Greenway is a magnificent 10 km itinerary winding through the middle of the lake, with the option of returning by boat or bus. Enjoy the Spina Verde walk from Camerlata to San Fermo, with a visit to Baradello Castle, particularly popular with children. Just 7 km away, the small lake of Montorfano offers unspoilt scenery. If you love history and culture, from Como, even by train, you can quickly reach Milan (50 km), Bergamo (50 km), Varese (50 km) and Lugano (36 km).

Very good stay, warm welcome, possibility of having a barbecue... I give the accommodation a 4 because the mattress was a bit sunken and because the toilet is in the bathroom
