This comfortable apartment in Tuscany is located in the residential area of Marina di Grosseto, a few steps from the sea and from the town center, shaded by the pine forest.
The interiors are furnished as ‘seaside apartment’ and with everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday.
EXTERIOR
It is accessed through a pathway that leads to a small staircase leading to the main terrace that allows the access to the apartment. A small fenced garden and three great terraces allow you to spend your holidays outdoors.
The apartment lies on two floors.
INTERIOR GROUND FLOOR
Entrance to the apartment is from the large terrace equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs where you can eat or relax in the shade of the pine forest.
