Very pretty wooden villa located in an unspoilt village, 50 m from Le Four beach, 100 m from oyster tastings and 500 m from golf and accrobranche.
Spacious and bright, come and enjoy two terraces, the first facing south-east with a soothing view of the Arcachon Basin and Bird Island. The second faces west, overlooking the pine forest.
The villa is divided into two levels:
On the second floor, the villa comprises a large living room with 3 areas: dining area, coffee corner, reading area and relaxation area (TV...), a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a view over the basin.
On the night side, there are 2 bedrooms, including 1 with 2 adjustable 90cm beds, and a master suite with a 160cm bed, its own shower room and WC.
A second shower room and separate WC are also available.
On the second floor, a third bedroom with a beautiful view of the Bassin, equipped with a sofa bed and top-of-the-range mattress.
Finally, a fourth bedroom with a 140cm bed overlooks the edge of the forest.
An enclosed garden planted with trees, fully equipped for summer (with plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs, etc.), will enable you to enjoy pleasant moments.
