Very comfortable house in a residence with large shared swimming pool, equipped with large outdoor space and in an excellent position in the wonderful Torre Dell'Orso. The house is located a few steps from the enchanting white sand beaches (just 100 meters) and from the center of the Salento town (next to the complex there is the marina Infopoint), with all the main services and evening walking streets reachable immediately standing. Inside, the house has a dining room with kitchenette, a large and bright living room with TV and sofa. The sleeping area is composed as follows: a double bedroom and a room with two single beds. The fifth seat is a foldable bed. Adjacent to the double room, there is a comfortable bathroom with only amenities (toilet and sink), while next to the double room, equipped with a flat-screen TV, there is a second bathroom, recently renovated, complete with shower cubicle. The strong point of the house is the large outdoor space which can be accessed from the kitchen, or (on the front side) from the large French window in the living room. It is an equipped brick garden, embellished with colorful flowerbeds where, in the shade of the Bougainvillea, you can relax while sunbathing, or enjoying lunches and breakfasts outdoors or, again, organizing barbecues with friends for cheerful barbecues in company. In the front part of the garden you can enjoy the splendid view of the swimming pool, ideal for keeping an eye on the little ones while they play. You can directly access the body of water, equipped with a fence to keep children safe, from the small gate in the garden. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is located inside a residence and is perfect for a family or a group of friends of 4-5 people. The proximity to the beaches, services and entertainment that the town offers, together with the comfort of the spaces, make this house the perfect place to stay for your well-deserved holidays.
