Maset - CostaBravaSi - S'AgaróMaset is a beautiful and spacious house with private pool located in a Residential Area of S'Agaró (Sant Feliu de Guíxols) next to Platja de Sant Pol. It is in a very quiet environment to spend a relaxed holiday and has parking, swimming pool, garden and has wonderful views of Cala Maset and Bahia de S'Agaró.This spectacular accommodation has 200 m2 of living space and more than 30 m2 of swimming pool.The house is of contemporary stone construction and has subsequently been renovated, made with good quality materials and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy an enviable holiday with lots of charm.When you arrive at your destination, you can leave your cars in the property's parking area and enter the house on foot through the garden.When you enter the house, you immediately notice the class of this construction, generous and well-defined spaces.We pass the hall and enter a large dining room living room with external openings towards the garden and the pool with spectacular views of the Bay of Sant Pol. From this room we have access to the kitchen, the chill-out terrace and the outdoor dining terrace. From these outdoor spaces where we find the barbecue, the garden and the pool we can also enjoy the already mentioned views.From the hall at the entrance we also have access to the 4 bedrooms (3 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds) and the two bathrooms.Its decoration contributes to making you feel well treated by the environment, which together with the large spaces will make you enjoy an unforgettable holiday.The location of Maset, located in the center of the Costa Brava, will help even more to make the stay much more pleasant. Located between the sea and the mountains, from here you will find the best beaches and coves in the area just over 100 m away, as well as the best mountain routes from the house itself.
