And finally, a sleeping area with a sofa bed (140 cm) that can be separated from the main room by a curtain.
This detached house was completely renovated in 2024 and is very well maintained.
It has a balcony-terrace on the north-east side (approx. 15 m2), with a lovely shaded outdoor sitting area, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the afternoons.
In the garage, converted into a laundry room, you'll find the washing machine and additional fridge.
The spacious bathroom includes a shower and washbasin, and separate toilet.
A recent TV is available in the living room. French channels only.
The two well-decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms have 140cm double beds (2024 mattresses) and storage space.
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are available, as are comforters, pillows and cleaning materials.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.
Towels: €10 per person.
Cot rental: €15 per week.

Departure cleaning is at your charge. If you wish to take the cleaning package for this apartment, it costs 105 euros.
Cleaning NOT done ("surprise" cleaning) or done incorrectly, a supplement of €50 will be charged.
For all bookings of 2 weeks in July or 3 weeks in August, you will be offered a 2-hour trip on the agency's catamaran.
