Attractive studio-cabin with approx. 19 m2 living space and a 5 m2 glass loggia. This apartment overlooks Mont Saint-Clair. It is located on the second floor with elevator. The beaches are 200 m away and shops are nearby. It faces east.
The living room has a kitchenette (with two electric hotplates, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine) and a double sofa bed and TV. A cabin area at the entrance with two 70cm bunk beds. The shower room (shower, washbasin) is with WC. The apartment has a private parking space (n°17). Pets allowed.
