On the 2nd and top floor of a superb villa built in the late 19th century, charming 46 m² T3 apartment. As soon as you enter the west-facing main room, you'll discover a welcoming living room with TV and sofa, a convivial dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with small fridge, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave and four ceramic hobs. The master suite features a separate toilet (sanibroyeur), a shower room with two basins and a north-facing bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a closet/wardrobe. The second suite, generally intended for children, includes a separate WC (sanibrush), a shower room, a bedroom facing south and east with three beds (a single 90cm bed and a pull-out double 90cm bed), and a closet/wardrobe. On the landing, a locked cupboard houses a washing machine for your personal use. This charmingly furnished apartment boasts picturesque views from every window, overlooking the winter town, its greenery and its emblematic villas. Its location is ideal: the beach is just 950 meters away, a supermarket 700 meters and a bakery 550 meters. Street parking is free. Please note that there are ten or so steps up to the villa entrance, followed by two flights of stairs, with no elevator. Pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided, but you can rent it through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (membership optional). In addition, an end-of-stay cleaning service is available for a supplement ranging from €50 to €300, depending on the rental.
