This comfortable and functional vacation home is located in the village of Poljubinj, near Tolmin, in the Soca Valley. It consists of a first floor and a second floor connected by internal and external staircases. On the first floor there is a hallway with two bathrooms and a living room with kitchen, while on the second floor there are three bedrooms, also accessible from the outside balcony. Each bedroom has its own exit onto the spacious balcony. There's also a lovely terrace with garden furniture in front of the house, offering pleasant moments of conviviality. There's also a small play area for children. The owner of the house lives nearby and can suggest leisure activities and give you information about the area and the sights worth seeing. The Soca Valley offers a wide range of activities: skiing, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, paragliding, swimming or fishing in the Soca River. The Soca River is famous for its emerald green color and is ideal for canoeing and rafting. The location of the vacation home is an excellent starting point for discovering the Soca Valley's rich history and its natural and cultural sights. The majestic mountains, the Tolminka gorge, the Poloska and Dante caves, the confluence of the Soca and Tolminka rivers and Most na Soci lake are just a few minutes' drive from the house. In the surrounding area, you'll find many excellent restaurants where you can sample the tasty local cuisine. In summer, visit the mountain pastures where the region's best traditional Tolminc cheese is produced. The lower part of the Soca Valley is also famous for its quality red wine.
