Our Estartit Villas resort is located in a quiet area at only 200m from the beach and 400m from l'Estartit centre. We have some of the most confortable villas at the Costa Brava. Semi-detached houses, with a communal swimming pool for adults and children, a private small garden and 1 free parking space per house. Due to its capacity of 6 or 8 people is the best option to big families or friends groups.

This houses re equipped in the first floor with 2 double rooms (twin beds) , the living-room with satellite TV and a balcony, a kitchen (glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, washing machine, fridge, toaster) and a bathtoom. In the ground floor you will find 2 double rooms ( twin beds). As well as a little garden. A private parking inside of every house is provided (capacity of 2 cars)

What to say!!! everything is old and wobbly but we say to ourselves "it's the vacations" so we get used to it....But the fiesta at the neighbors' (young people in their thirties) until 5am, not really the embellishment...Ah!!! and mosquitoes because nobody went to the reception to report that there was standing water between the houses due to a leak ... not to mention that in this same square, some women have found nothing better than to throw their tampons users by the window of the bathroom, unbelievable but photo if necessary. An owner who closed the gate because of a lot of thefts, while we didn't have the keys (if there was a need to get out in a hurry, I let you guess!!!). The swimming pool is very sharp, it is made of tiles but which broke considering the age of the swimming pool. The staff at the reception was listening but we came back to the charge for the cleaning, the keys... It's a pity because the area is nice, the location is near the beach. The real party people stop at midnight (camping in front...) it's cool... In a word... Owner Repaired and Renovated your home...

In view of the asking price we were waiting to have a house worthy of this price. Unfortunately the very small and very old kitchen has no worktop, no hob, no cooking surface, no 2 pots or pans can be cooked together, whereas it is a house for 8 people... The household leaves something to be desired spider web foot of the toilet dirty kitchen floor not clean no clothespins........ The picture of the announced kitchen does not correspond at all to reality. Overall, quite disappointed. The only positive point is the location of the house for shops and the beach. And I'm not talking about the wooden shutters............ Honestly, we should make an effort on the price.
