Very comfortable house for rent in Torre Dell'Orso in an exceptional position, facing the beach, in a seaside area that is the pride of the Adriatic Salento, awarded multiple times over the years with objective awards (blue flag and five sails from Legambiente) and subjective awards (of the many loyal visitors). The house is not only located a stone's throw from the beach, but is immersed in the tranquility of the greenery of the Parco dei Pini, an ideal setting for carefree holidays. Inside, the house is arranged as follows: a very bright living room, with a rounded glass design wall and a panoramic view of the pine forest; here we notice a table with chairs, a sofa (which can be used as a single bed) and various furniture. Next to the living room there is a kitchenette, equipped with everything you need. From a hallway you then enter the 2 bedrooms and the two bathrooms. A room with two singles (possibly joinable) and one with a double bed. One bathroom is complete with shower, sink and toilet and the other with sink, toilet and bidet. Outside, a slightly subdued brick garden, accessible via a staircase with a few steps, offers the ideal space for moments of relaxation. In this very livable area you can organize delicious outdoor lunches/dinners, being equipped with: sink with support surface, table with chairs and 2 beach chairs (which you can also use on the adjacent beach). The extreme proximity to a fairytale sea, the presence of two bathrooms and a reserved parking space, the beautiful, comfortable and functional furnishings make it a perfect choice for unforgettable Apulian holidays.
