Búger is quite idyllic away from all main roads in the north of the island, away from traffic and exhaust fumes. The smallest community in Majorca, in perfect sublimity, sits on the last hill before Sa Pobla's potato fields. Many homeowners in Búger have a magnificent view of the Albufera, the bay of Alcúdia, the mountains of Artà in the north-east as well as the Tramuntana mountains in the west. The Finca is located in the midst of this beautiful idyll, on a very large piece of land with 3 different properties. Each plot is individual and absolutely private. The terrain is divided into the finca 'Sestadors de Búger', the finca 'Can Mir de Búger' and the finca 'Es Rafal Vell de Búger'. From here you have fast access to supermarkets, the weekly market in Búger, which takes place every Saturday in front of the town hall. To the nearest beach you can reach the Albufera in the direction Platja de Muro, in only 14 minutes. Here you will find a paradisiacal sandy beach with turquoise blue water.
The country house 'Sestadors de Búger', made of natural stone, stands out on this beautiful piece of land, between trees, bushes and a variety of plants. The typical Mediterranean 'Buganvilia' runs along the house facade of the main building and gives the natural stone look a fancy fuchsia touch. The large main building consists of one floor where we have a rustic living room with open dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms en suite. The interior is spread over 230 m² of beautiful rustic living area, which with natural stone walls and rustic wooden beams gives the feeling to be in a cozy-modern cave. The furnishing and decoration of the house matched perfectly and promises besides quality and good taste a totally quaint living surface. Amenities include air conditioning, fireplace, free Wifi Internet, as well as cots and high chairs for our little guests.
On the other side of the garden you will find the romantic guest house, consisting of a large sleeping area upstairs, a bathroom with shower and a living room with fireplace. A romantic retreat for all those who want to enjoy a little togetherness or simply want to switch off in the valuable holiday season.
In the middle of the huge lawn area between the two buildings is the fenced pool (9m x 5m). A holiday paradise with sun beds under the blue sky of Mallorca. Between green garden idyls and birdwatchers, you can relax and enjoy your time with friends and family. For our little explorers there is much to observe and explore. For the entertainment your children have enough space. The terrace area of ​​the “Es Sestadors de Búger is partly covered and equipped with chairs and tables and barbecue area. All barbecue fans will love the barbecue area, because with wood grill, gas stove and own sink is it very well equipped. Whether indoor or outdoor, everything is very neat, clean and with a lot of attention to detail designed - for families an absolute vacation paradise!
