Los Naranjos is a nice house in Cala Llonga, in the municipality of Santa Eulalia. It is quiet, surrounded by orange groves and near the beach of Cala Llonga.
The house has a living room with fireplace and TV, and DVD. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, sharing a bathroom with bath tub.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower.
And on the top floor there is a small studio with a terrace with beautiful views. The pool is equipped with loungers, parasols and a barbecue.
Perfect for a relaxing stay with the family, plenty of sunshine and very close to the beach.
AC throughout the house available.
NOTA IMPORTANTE!
Llegada y recogida de llaves:
• La recolección de llaves y el procesamiento de check-in se realizan en nuestra oficina asociada en el puerto de Ibiza. Está a solo 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto.
Horario oficina: 09:30h a 19:30h.
Nota: En caso de que la llegada deba tener un procedimiento diferente, el personal de Servicio al Cliente informará previamente al cliente.
• Llegadas fuera del horario de oficina (entre las 19:30h y las 09:30h):
Todos los huéspedes que lleguen fuera del horario de oficina deben pagar un cargo por servicio de check-in tardío (en efectivo a la llegada).
- Entre 19:30h - 22:00h: 60 €.
- A partir de las 22:00h: 100 €.
Impuesto turístico:
Todos los turistas que visiten las Islas Baleares deben pagar el impuesto turístico aplicable a la llegada.
Depósito de seguridad:
Un depósito de seguridad será requerido a la llegada. La cantidad se calcula individualmente, dependiendo del alojamiento. (Más información en nuestros términos y condiciones)
Eliminación de residuos:
En Ibiza, no se recoge basuras en las villas, excepto cuando se limpian a diario. El incumplimiento tendrá la consecuencia de a una retención parcial del depósito (40 € a 100 €).
Instalaciones:
En muchas propiedades, bajo petición, puede proporcionar facilidades tales como cunas, tronas, wifi, satélite, etc. con un suplemento que se pagará en destino (no se aplica a los alojamientos que ya lo tienen disponible).
